FENNEL PINEAPPLE JUICE & BLUEBERRY SHRUB


living water
Make a Sole. Fill a jar with 1/3 celtic seasalt, 2/3 part water. Close and shake well. Store in your fridge or at a cool, dark place. 
Add 1 teaspoon of Sole to 1 glass of water.
Add some fresh basil and mint (or any other herb) and a couple of cucumber slices to a jug full of water. Let sit for about an hour, and refresh yourself! Make ice cubes from edible flowers and herbs to brighten up your water!

fennel pineapple juice
ingredients :
1 bulb of fennel
1 cucumber
thick slice of pineapple
1/2 lime
piece of ginger
handful spinach 

Wash and cut all ingredients. Make a juice, or blend with water in a high speed blender! Try with other greens, like kale, parsley or pear!

shrub
ingredients :
125 gram blueberries
1/3 cup honey (100 gram)
3 sprigs verveine
1/3 cup applecider vinegar (80 ml)
3 tbsp lemonjuice

Place the berries, honey and verveine in a glass jar and muddle. Stir in the lemon juice and vinegar. Close and let it sit at room temperature for 2 full days. Strain, and press out as much of the juice as you can. Store in your fridge for up to a month. 
Mix 1 part shrub to 4 parts water. Enjoy!
